Some small tips that might make a big difference is chewing gum before meals or just instead of snacking. Some people say drinking water before meals helps them feel fuller too. You also can add in foods that naturally suppress appetite. Just Google the list and see which ones you enjoy.
I am so sorry for your loss. I know it doesn't compare, but I had two late pregnancy losses and they are hard to deal with, but having the proper support is key. If you don't have a therapist, that's a great place to start. For the food and exercise side of things, I help women lose weight, build strength and feel good again! You can grab some freebies off my website www.kbhealthcoach.ca and book a call if you need further support.
Hi Briana, you are a beautiful and strong lady!! What you went through is traumatic and I’m so sorry for that. Sounds like stress eating maybe? Maybe try going for a walk or doing a work out if you feel you want to eat but not hungry. You can eat the healthiest, do any diet, but the only thing that’s scientifically going to work is eating in calorie deficit. So try to buy things with more protein and less calories. There are a ton of websites or apps that will help you calculate how many calories you can eat to lose weight. It’s a lot tho so don’t feel bad if you don’t want to or try & fail. Just keep trying & maybe focus on how you feel versus how you look 🫶🏼
