Activia!

What kind of yoghurts are good for an 8mo baby? I usually give him frubes or petit filous but I was wondering if activia would be good? Or if it can give him an upset belly x

I give mine kefir and he's never had a problem. You could try a little and keep note of how he is

I wouldn’t, it’s for 3+. I would stick to plain Greek yogurt that you flavour with fresh fruit/ purées etc.

Natural yoghurt is best, you can add fruit or puree etc to flavour it. It has good amounts of calcium etc. Activia isn’t recommended under 3 years old. Likely due to the probiotic and protein content.

I only give natural or Greek yogurt and add fruit to it

Frubes and petit filous both have added sugar which should ideally be avoided at this age. I mash banana and add full fat Greek yogurt for a good protein and calcium hit

I use natural yoghurt, then mash fruit into it

My little boy has been having terrible diarrhoea and when I took him to the hospital the doctor told me to give yogurts that contain probiotics to help
