Thanks so much. I’m my hardest critic and sometimes I don’t give myself a pat on the back for how far I have come because I’m not where I want to be so this means a lot. I will try Noom, can you track food and exercise with that one or does it just do cal count?
I use a notebook and write my weight every week and my measurements (hips, waist, arms, legs) every other week. It makes me feel better if the scale isn’t changing but the measurements are getting smaller. Also I use a cookbook from Makayla fitness (I’ll put her link tree) and she has AMAZING healthy recipes that taste really good. Like they don’t taste healthy but they are if that makes sense.
