Ovulation and pcos

Hi all, just looking for advice if anyone can help, I have tried tracking my ovulation with LH test strips but I’ve only ever caught my peak twice in god knows how many years I’ve been using the strips so was wondering what other ways I could track or figure out my ovulation (if I’m ovulating that is🤦‍♀️)

Basal body temperature is a much more accurate way to track ovulation (you can have a LH peak and not ovulate, especially with PCOS). That being said, you can only confirm ovulation retroactively using BBT alone. If you want to be able to anticipate ovulation to TTC (or TTA), your best bet is tracking cervical fluid in conjunction with BBT. A good guide on how to do this is Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler

@Tabitha thank you so much, I will look into this and hopefully start understanding more about my body
