Beta-Blocker
Im 34 1/2 weeks. Due 5/4. Had my OB apt today and he put me on Labetalol 100MG twice a day as I have had the following symptoms: high heart rate, can’t breathe , blurry vision , seeing stars , weak legs & feel like I am going to pass out the past few weeks. My blood pressure in office today was 144/110. My heart rate in office was going as high as 120 but not below 100. He has no concerns for preeclampsia. Any momma’s have had this experience before? This is my 3rd kiddo.

I had this exact situation about 6 weeks ago. Heart rate crazy high, BP wasn’t an issue though but all other signs of preeclampsia. I’m now on labetalol 200mg twice a day and feel wonderful. And they have me doing growth scans to make sure there’s no issues there and she’s growing perfectly healthy!
@Tara I had an episode Sunday where I was super weak , couldn’t move. Painful shoulders and upper back. High heart rate. Out of breath. He is referring me to a cardiologist now. But to continue meds. I will say the meds do make me feel a little better. I wonder if I need a higher dose
