I am in the same boat, super difficult. Also looking for advice and my girl has a diary allergy. People say drop one feed at a time. And offer milk in a sippy cup. Do you feed your baby to sleep, I am worried for how I will get my girl to sleep now too 🥴

@Stephanie yes she gets a bottle for both nap and bed time to settle down and she eats 3 1/2 times a day depending on when her dad gets off work and how much food he loses to her. She has about 3 or four bottles a day depending on how much the food provided fills her plus sleep time

I'm not super read up on the latest and greatest methods, but my experience with both of my boys was just introducing healthy foods to them as snacks and meals and then nursing afterwards. They essentially got full off of the solid foods but still got the benefits of breadt milk. This was also alot easier than pumping and giving bottles etc. I've found that over the weeks and months, he just fills up on the food and it happens on his terms. Definitely chat with your doctor / pediatrician with your questions! They can help. Best of luck, momma!
