What I done is trying not give anything before meal time . Don’t buy anymore biscuits or crisps and let him be hungry. I am exactly in the same situation pregnant and nothing worked until recently. I refuse to buy anymore biscuits in the house and YouTube while I feed him some days he eats more some less but is working. Good luck and hopefully things will change soon 🤗
I am having this with my 15 month old & the stress was keeping me up at night (also 33 weeks pregnant), so a trip to the paediatrician it was 😭 A few things that were discussed that may be causing the food aversions: - Growth spurt, - Developmental changes that make little one more aware of the textures, colours, tastes of food & as a result, them processing all that makes them more ‘fussy’ & ready to say no, - Teething. Gosh I feel like teething is never ending in our home 😂😫 Keep offering your little one healthy, smaller snacks, we focus on high fibre, iron rich & easy to digest foods. We’re giving sweet potato bites, rice cakes, chocolate covered strawberries, banana & peanut butter, cucumber slices, just foods he can nibble on & a sippy bottle or ice lolly so he doesn’t get dehydrated 🫶🏻
@Roxana I’ve tried this already and he’ll literally starve all day, it’s so stressful 😢
@Tiggy’s Mummy thanks for this! So I have tried with small healthy snacks and he refusessss. Doesn’t even want to try it, he used to be so good with fruit and now he doesn’t even eat at that x
Omg my two year old is the same ! Crisp that's all she wants it's so frustrating xx I feel your pain .
