Extreme extreme fussy eating

Anyone been through this and got anything that helped? My son will only eat porridge, toast, banana, strawberries, yoghurt, crisps and drink milk. That’s pretty much it. Don’t even touch pizza, pasta, any meat, veg, not even a sandwich. I’ve tried all the advice. Eat together, offer it served different, new with safe foods, tried the tough approach of not offering anything else. This has been since about 10 months old and I’m absolutely drained with it and professionals are at a loss now too. I feel like such a failure. He is growing etc on 25th centile but was born in the 25th centile too.

Infeel the same sometime gets better but then he is really fussy and feel like a failure, today he served himself and tried some carrot (he never ever eats vegetables) so i was super proud, spat half of it out. It's so hard but try and involve him, give them some control. My son lives off pasta, milk, yoghurt, tuna sandwiches, cereal and oatbars occasionally some fruit at childcare... Nice to know we aren't alone 🥰

My daughter goes through this too! Her doctor says it’s normal. I got Mary Ruth’s gummy vitamins so I can somewhat feel at peace lol but sometimes it def stresses me out! I still offer different things tho for some meals.

My daughter is currently going through this! Some days she’ll eat so much and then others it’s almost frustrating. My health visitor had mentioned to calculate a weeks worth of food rather than a day. So I’ve tried not worrying so much but lately it’s the same routine. Different meals, favourite meals etc. She prefers snacks rather than actual meals at the moment. I had even tried to keep the snacks away so she’d have more of her main meals… but that didn’t work.
