@Becca no I haven’t ! Thank you for this. Just reached out to my GP
My husband and I just hit a year. I don’t have a lot of advice but you’re not alone in this
Has your husband been checked for fertility to make sure sperm count and everything is looking good?
@Maria he did an at home test, not sure how accurate those are
@Maria he did yeah, no flags/issues there either.
Did anyone’s husband take any supplements or anything? I told my husband he should take a B12 supplement off of research.
@Haven sending you good energy!!!! 🩷
It took 18 months for me to get pregnant (we weren’t actively tracking ovulation though, just having unprotected sex very regularly). I did a lot of research, and we started taking several supplements aimed towards improving fertility. I was pregnant by the 3rd month! It could be coincidence or they could’ve helped, I like to think they helped!
Possibly endometriosis? If you want to go through that to find answers, you have to go to a fertility surgeon who specializes in endometriosis laparoscopic surgery diagnosis. (I recommend NaPro physicians!!) The only way to officially find or diagnose endo is via surgery. (It cannot be diagnosed through any other way, don’t believe any doctor who only checks via ultrasound/mri/labs! You can’t rule it out unless you check through lap surgery!)💛just had mine removed - stage 3
And magnesium 400 mg per day for both of you!
And hopefully you’re taking your prenatal already
Have your husband take maca root as it helps with sperm mobility. You take geritol vitamins and coq10. I have pcos and am on my late 30s but the 1st mth taking these i got pregnant!
We did the mucinex thing🤷🏼♀️
Have you had your thyroid checked?
