Any dairy-free products that don’t contain coconut?

My baby has CMPA so can’t have dairy but I’ve noticed the dairy-free alternatives contain coconut which she appears to react to. Does anyone know of any cheese, cream cheese etc that doesn’t contain either dairy or coconut?

Might not be helpful but have you looked for soya alternatives? My LO has soya milk with food and although I’ve not thoroughly looked for coconut on labels I’ve found dairy free butter and cheese in Tesco and a soya based yoghurt

@Elizabeth I haven’t been able to find anything when looking online 😭 I give her Vitalite Dairy Free Spread but haven’t found any cheeses. I’m hoping she’s not allergic to coconut and will try introducing it again in a month because it’s so difficult finding food that’s okay for her to eat

I shop in person so that I can read labels otherwise if I do it online I get bored and leave it 🤣

This is my exact problem to for my little one lots that contain coconut which she has an intolerance to. We can’t do nuts or even oats. My sister did find a cheese on Amazon but haven’t tried it as of yet. https://amzn.eu/d/gS1qVIh

@Victoria finally someone who’s also in the same boat! It’s soo hard isn’t it?? Every non-dairy food I’ve found has coconut which makes it so hard. Thank you for sending that! X
