Phone Service plan's

What phone service would you suggest? I live in the fayetteville area and should be moving in August hopefully still around the fayetteville area. I currently have Spectrum and it's time for a upgrade because I am having issues with my current phone. Once we move we are stopping our internet services and would just like to get rid of Spectrum completely. My husband is still on his mom's plan with AT&T.
