Struggling with dinners

My little boy is 16 months old and still only eats a really limited diet. For breakfast he’ll eat things like toast, crumpets, pancakes, porridge, weetabix. For lunch he’ll eat a tiny sandwich with cheese and ham or a bit of a savoury muffin. He’ll eat endless fruit and yoghurt. He won’t eat any ‘dinner foods’. I’ve made him spaghetti bolognese, curries, sweet and sour, cheesy potato pie, shepherds pie, hotpot etc etc. He won’t eat any of it! Anyone else’s little one like this? Any advice? 🙏🏻

Homemade muffins you can literally stick so many types of different fruit and veg in them. We do fruit French toast roll ups. ( literally get a piece of bread, mush fruit and roll it dip in egg and fry it). My little girl is the same at the moment. Have you tried smoothies too? Hopefully that all helps xx

Maybe something more basic . Like grilled chicken , rice/ mashed sweet potatoes and veggies .

Basic noodles with butter and chopped garlic . Side of pan fried chicken. Some broccoli on the side
