19 month old will not eat!
My son will not eat anything. And throws his food on the ground. I'm worried he's not eating enough. Please help!

Mine doesn't eat a lot either most of the time and throws food on the floor a lot too but she'll eat some stuff and if she won't eat anything else she'll eat fruit or toddler pouches.

Are you still breast feeding ? My 19 month old is also super picky with food because I’m still breast-feeding. I think it has a lot to do with that. I have noticed that cream of wheat seems to be one of her only foods that she truly enjoys. I make it with milk and smashed bananas
