Baby rash

My 4pm the old is covered head to toe on a rash this morning. She had some fevers last week and doc said just viral. They sent us to A&E as her skin looked mottled but when they checked her over she was fine. Just a viral cold. Does anyone have any experience with a similar looking rash? Is it a viral rash or do I need to be concerned? I have an app with our health visitor this morning thankfully but just curious if anyone recognised the rash type?
