Baby’s first cold
Help! Think my baby has caught his first cold. He’s been coughing and his nose sounds a bit blocked from what I can tell from his breathing
What can I do/give him to make him better? FTM so clueless

All the above is great to help your little one! Just want to add there is a Calpol vapour plug that also helps with breathing throughout the night. I just plugged mine as close as I could to her cot
Saline spray & calpol vapour plug helped loads when my lb had a cold! Also a snot sucker!

My baby is also suffering with a cold atm too one of the worst he’s had so far. I use saline spray and a nose aspirator to suck the snot out and I have snuffle babe menthol rub for his chest to help congestion. I also give calpol if I think he’s feeling abit rubbish just to try help take the edge off for him. Johnson’s also do menthol bubble bath to help with the congestion x
