How many meals a day?

I do 2x per day. I also do BLW with the puree.

I only do one meal a day my son just turned 8 months today

I even did 3x a day but it was too much for me. My little guy CAN eat! But he does about 24oz of formula total with the 2 meals per day.

Most days we do two, some days when only do one. We’re mostly doing blw so I want to make sure she have enough energy to be able to engage. She’s been teething so if she’s having an especially rough day we keep to one. Trying to stick to two though. She eats anywhere from 21 to 26 oz a day

Food before 1 yr is really just for fun so I wouldn’t worry about keeping track yet! I give my daughter little teether pouches with frozen fruit once or twice a day and usually do one puree a day. I did BLW with my first but just haven’t started with new baby yet

My daughter demands solids when her big siblings eat 🤣
