Breast milk snacks

So I’m looking for snacks to eat that can help increase my milk supply and stash for when I pump as I plan on going back to work at the end of April (24th). I only ever get one good pump a day though I try pumping 3 times a day. If anyone can give me any recommendations I would appreciate it. I’m not allergic to anything but I am partial to things that are sweet and bad for ya (hehe aka chocolates, brownies, etc) so if it’s something like that I’d love it! I want to try making Brewers yeast brownies but not sure if it would be worth it. Has anyone tried doing so? Has anyone tried the item in the picture? Any and all suggestions and ideas will be appreciated. (Son is almost 2 months. Eats every 1.5 hours)

Things that i make/eat/drink that i think are helpful. . I drink 1 coco water per day. I also make banana, strawberry, peanut butter, oatmeal, coco water, ice smoothie every other day. I find when i eat good, like yogurt with granola in the morning, an actual dinner like lunch and dinner with many snacks, i make the most milk the next day. I am going to follow your thread for advice.

Not snacks but - Body armor lyte drinks and I use the packets from the brand boobie. Called hydromom. I also like the Greater Than drinks.

Coconut water, oatmeal cream pies, bobos oat bites... Dr. Pepper or root beer help me...

@Karissa oooooh I looove me some Dr Pepper 😂

@Christina just make sure you stay hydrated with water and coconut water too lol some people swear by oreos but I haven't tried that yet.

My go-tos are body armor, oatmeal cream pies and oatmeal with flaxseeds. I make sure to drink plenty of water during the day as well.
