Amazing 👏🏻
15 mins standing up! With my first it was with epidural laying on my back for 2 hours 😵💫 Second time around so was much nicer! X
I had a water birth, with my second it was 12 minutes x
4 pushes so like 8mins maybe
10 mins if that 😂
23 min
9 mins
About 7 minutes if that 😂
Amazing!!! Gives me so much hope. I was pushing for an hour with my first after a very long labour, felt like forever at the time 😅
Maybe like 5 minutes? I was in a pool. A world away from my first, pushed for 2 hours with an epidural and needed forceps 🤪
1 minute
I'm still in such a dilemma what to do for my second birth and all these comments are making me question my decision, so I'm wondering if maybe only the people with quick births are responding? Very confused now haha
@Tanya my labour was long, but pushing was quick. I think if your pregnancy and labour have been free of complications then there’s no reason why the pushing would take a long time. I realise now that my induction and epidural with my first definitely wasn’t as nice as the spontaneous birth with my second x
@Ceri thanks so much for getting back to me, my first I was pushing for four hours and he was stuck as he was back to back, so ended in emergency c section, and still struggling with whether to try again or have a c section, have you got any tips for a vaginal birth please? You say you were standing up? 😮 I struggled to move even into different positions or up the bed, and I didn't have epidural, just gas and air and an injection x

Ooof back to back sounds tough 😩❤️ can they tell if it’s back to back before Labour happens? Tips.. ummm I danced through my contractions and really tried to control my breathing to keep my body as relaxed as possible. I wasn’t comfortable sitting or laying down at all so stayed upright the entire time, leaning on the bed. Somehow I managed the pain just with my tens machine, no gas and air 🤯 god knows how. The midwife said standing up and dancing was great to help move the baby down into the pelvis. Just listened to what felt good for my body x
20 mins - he was sunny side up so a bit harder to push out!
