Health visitor advised me to go up to three a day and snacks as my LB loves his food and suffered with bad reflex. He’s also tiny! (0.4th centile and 9 months) we’ve been doing this for a while and he loves it. So to answer your question, 3 meals a day, snacks and 2 x 7oz bottles one when he wakes and one before bed!!! xx
We're on 2 meals, breakfast and lunch, but some days only 1. She has around 5 bottles vary from 5 to 7oz and sometimes 1 overnight. I'm going to increase to 3 closer to 10 months. She struggled a bit with 2 and her digestion so not rushing it

Depends on the day, usually if my LO drinks a lot during the night (she is breastfed) she is not very hungry during the day. If she has a good night sleep and is nice and rested we do three meals
