I went through a nasty divorce,document everything! Don’t have any one saved as a nick name because then the messages cannot be used in court as proof

not “legally advising” you because i’m not a lawyer, but I will also add to what the ladies said above, all communication you want used in order to be permissible (not be labeled he said she said) should be written… use email or text (no phone calls)make sure the number or name is clearly written and used when you address them. take a few minutes and deep breaths to make sure you are writing only things you want a judge reading etc. be smart on social media, less is more. do not post incendiary material (even if it’s true) all these things matter, good luck to you, I worked in family courts here in florida for a while, they’re tricky to navigate!!
