Dinner refusal

Hi everyone, looking for some help please. My LO was a good eater. She eats well for breakfast and lunch has cereal, toast, bananas, loads of Berries, oranges. Lunch can be cheese, yoghurts, beans, scrambled egg, rice cakes etc. But I cannot get her to eat any dinner food, potatoes, veg, meat, rice, noodles nothing. She will eat some pouches but I don't want to use those as I know she can chew / swallow etc fine. We preserve and give her a dinner everyday usually what we have then we have to give her some weetabix or toast to fill her as she won't have eaten any of it. Any advice very much welcome please.

Sound normal to me - could be teething?

How old is she?x

My kid's lightest meal is usually dinner too. Have you tried offering some dinner foods at lunch or breakfast time?

My baby was like that when teething

What time is dinner? Could she be tired?

She has 6 teeth currently and all came through between September and December. She's had nothing since then and while she does get red cheeks sometimes there doesn't seem to be any signs of any more. She's 13 months. We do breakfast about 8, lunch about 12 then dinner about half 4/5. I do it a bit earlier in case I have to give her something else.

Perhaps a good chart might help? I use this one but the weaning version but she could have a personalised food chart which might encourage her to tick off foods for dinner? It breaks it down into different food categories so this might encourage her (or her watching you do it together) to tick off different types of foods? I know she might seem a bit young but they taken in soooo much. More than we realise. I’ll link it here. https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1883715605/?ref=share_ios_native_control
