We just do a few simple dips like houmous, guac, cream cheese (there's some good plant based ones), mayo. I don't garnish as such but sometimes as a sprinkle of something to add more texture or color or change up something he has often like yogurt e.g. dessicated coconut, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, nut butters. The more flavors and textures they experience the better I didn't think any garnish is a bad thing x

Oh the garnish thing. I try to add little bits of parsley or garnish on foods. But is that weird? I didn’t do this with my oldest and we are still working on his eating habits.
