Toddler and March baby issue

My newborn will only nap in silence and my toddler is loud. From 6 am to 6pm I am alone and manage them by myself. So my toddler is not wanting to do the things he used to do with me, like reading books, coloring, etc. He only wants to watch tv and play with kinetic sand. Im trying to figure out ways to keep him busy and as screen free as possible but he is loud obnoxious and my newborn by the way is colicky. I don’t catch a break. Is anyone struggling like me with a toddler and newborn? How are you keeping your toddler occupied and entertained? I feel the mom guilt. I really do. My newborn won’t sleep when my son is so loud and therefore it’s mostly crying during the day. Just one struggling mama…
