i really want one but i’m only 20 and know i’m not done having kids. i feel like it makes more sense to get one if you’re done having babies so you don’t waste the money and possibly have to do it again. unless of course you have money to spare lol. if you think it will make you confident i would say go for it!

I’m totally for it bc it makes you feel stronger and personally made me feel happy again. I started by lots of walking with my baby and eating more protein. Since i don’t want anymore I want to do more skin treatments and tightening but seeing how far i can go with exercise to save $

I have a friend that did, she had 3 kids, she has PCOS and asthma so it was nearly impossible for her to get the weight off. It looked amazing and she was very happy with it. But then she got pregnant again 😅 I’m 3 months postpartum and I have been *trryyyinggg* to walk everyday, eat better and a little less. I still have to eat enough because I breastfeed, but making better food choices is top priority.

@Rachel I stopped breastfeeding because I didn't have enough milk. I tried to use the breast pump...But nothing. 🙄 but even if I no longer breastfeed, I don't see any weight loss. 😭😭😭

@Francesca I’m sorry to hear that. Weightless postpartum is so hard and who ever started the rumor that breastfeeding makes you lose weight is a big fat liar anyway haha. I would love to see a dietitian and get a personal trainer but that’s not possible so I’m doing my best with what I got lol.

@Rachel I started work out at home...but I feel that is not enough. 🥲

@Francesca that’s good though! You can only do your best, and it will take some time. Try to be kind to yourself and thank your body for all it has been through.
