Had to up the amount of powder to my babies bottle he is 11 pounds and doctor was another three added

At my son’s 3 months check up he was 9lbs 3oz he has another check up this Friday (15 weeks) currently eating 3.5 0z every 3 hours. Doesn’t always finish his bottles.
My son has to visit doctors again this Friday he is on 6oz-8oz and I'm adding 5 scoops of powder it's killing my milk supply has went through three cans in two days eating every 3-4 hours
Okay I’m dumb, what’s a PCD check up
At 2 months my babe was at 9 lbs. just hit the growth chart! She was born at 37 weeks weighing 5 lbs. so we’re happy! She’s also just growing into 0-3m and size 1 diapers!!
At my son’s 2 month old check up, he was about 11 pounds. He has his upcoming appointment for his 4 months check up. He’s also currently feeding 4oz-6oz .
