Ladies who had PGP during pregnancy, how long after giving birth did the pains ease off? Mine is so bad I can barely walk I need help getting out of bed, getting dressed, washing myself etc. I just cannot wait for this pain to go away and feel normal again.
My pains disappeared straight away but I don’t know if that’s because I was so engrossed with my newborn. But I know it took a few days for some women. But it wasn’t as bad as pregnancy. I have crutches and last time I remember I walked out of hospital without needing to use them after I gave birth.
