Childcare when working from home
Posting anonymously incase anyone I know sees this. But I need brutal honest answers - does anyone ever or think that someone maybe lies about their childcare situation when working from home? As in they say the little one is at nursery or day care while they work from home but infact their baby is with them while they work?

Yes I think some people lie or just don’t say anything.
Some companies ask for proof 😬
I honestly don’t know how anyone could work from home with their child (especially a toddler). I’d get literally nothing done 😂
I’ve never worked anywhere WFH where they don’t listen in on calls. Also during interviews or hiring process they’ll mention it again . It’s not a substitute for daycare tbh. I don’t know how people do it
Yes people 100% lie.
I literally don’t know how anyone can WFH with their child there but I reckon people do lie about it
People lie but in my experience they always get found out and sacked.
