Exercise early pregnancy

I’m pregnant after a miscarriage so super paranoid. I have continued to work exercise which mainly involves running but my heart rate is about 155 bpm approx. Is this okay? How has everyone adjusted exercise to the first trimester?

Hey, I haven’t been about to exercise for the last 2 weeks due to morning sickness but I would’ve planned on continuing but maybe reducing the intensity. The first pregnancy that lead to miscarriage I found I would get super dizzy and tired during high intense training so mainly just did typical bodybuilding type training that didn’t take up too much of my energy What is your bpm normally running (when not pregnant)?

I ran today and my heart rate was around 160-170 which was normal pre pregnancy. The guidance I've got is to not over exert myself, get too hot or get breathless etc. it's all relative to your baseline though I think, I'm going to ensure I stay out of zone 5. I'm hoping to continuing exercising as long as my body allows as I wasn't able to in my first pregnancy

What week are you? I used to run at that heart rate but i’m so paranoid to incase it causes a miscarriage. I know it sounds ridiculous! But i just keep thinking if i can safely get out of the first trimester then i could resume more how i used to train.

7+4, have you had your midwife booking appt? You could raise it with them and ask for advice if you're worried? Personally I've not seen any research that would put me off exercising but you have to listen to your own body ❤️
