I just use normal oats - asda own brand and make with her formula
Thank you! How old were your babies when you started using it?
6 months
I use the organix porriage
I used ready break for oats, never used baby rice as they don't tend to have any nutritional value x
i totally get that struggle, we had to be super careful too, but i found some brands like "Happy Baby" and "Earth's Best" that were safe for my little one. Just looked it up on the 'Heal Baby Care App' and here's what it says: "For babies with Cow's Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA), it's essential to choose rice or oat cereals that are specifically labeled as dairy-free and free from cross-contamination. Some brands that are often recommended include Earth's Best Organic Rice Cereal and Happy Baby Organic Oatmeal. Always check the ingredient list and allergen statements carefully. Have you already tried any specific brands, or are you looking for new options?
I used Ready Brek for both my CMPA sons. It’s dairy free and is fortified with calcium and iron so my dietition says it’s nutritionally better than regular oats.
Ready brek with oat milk
Another vote for Ready Brek mixed with babies normal milk. As above, it’s fortified so better nutritionally than others and my little one prefers it cause it’s smoother x
I didn’t use baby oats, I just went straight to the Tesco super smooth porridge oats as they were dairy free! But Tesco have since released a baby rice which is also dairy free
