Trying to decide on a middle name for Sienna, they're both family names so unable to change them 😅 theyre both pretty similar

Ohh okay well between the both I think Sienna Mary flows best
I feel like you can modify and still honor the grandparents given the similarities…this is coming from someone (me) who was named after their own mother 🙃
