Use this easy, healthy curry base recipe & add your choice of meat/chicken/veg to it: - Crush garlic & ginger 🫚🧄 - Add 2 tsp of oil to pan - Add crushed garlic & ginger 🧄🫚 - Chop onion 🧅 - Sauté onion till medium brown - Add ground cumin, ground coriander, crushed chilli & salt (all as per your taste) - Cook on low heat till oil surfaces on onions - Chop tomato & add to pan 🍅 - Cook till tomatoes are tender - Add your choice of meat/chicken/veg, cook till ready. Some combinations my little one loves: - Cauliflower & potatoes (potatoes can be boiled beforehand to save time) - Eggplant & potatoes - Spinach & chicken - Courgettes, carrots & potatoes - Okra & chicken - Peas & chicken I don’t recommend curry jars, they contain too many additives & salt which baby doesn’t need 🫶🏻
Thank you x
I’d start off with a simple dhal and work up to a chicken curry. You know - test the waters. Just fry an onion, then add and cook ; red lentils, garlic paste, Carrot Cumin Coriander Tumeric Ginger Let it all simmer until soft and the blitz in whatever mixer you have. My boy loves the Ella’s kitchen dhal pouches. Curry curry is still hit and miss for him at the minute.
