Id get it checked out. If youve injured your knee you man need some treatment so it doesmt impact your birth. Did you fall hard? I had a fall onto my hands and knees onto concrete in my last pregnancy and i developed loads of pain etc and had a scan done to ensure there wanlsnt any placental rupture etc and then another week later because the pain got worse. Everything was fine it was just muscular that was causing my pain. But i didnt pop my knee. Id get that checked absolutely

I had my husband check out my knee once we got home. He's a surgical/OR RN. He said it wasn't swollen and he didn't feel anything out of place. Just rest and let him know if I feel pain anywhere else. I slid and landed right on my right butt. My son jumped off his balance bike and ran straight for the soccer field where a few preteen boys were playing. If he had been heading for the park, I wouldn't have run after him. He has no concept of how small he is since he always playing with his older cousins.

I’ve always heard you should go in. Baby is likely fine, but if ever you fall there is a risk of your placenta detaching, even if you don’t fall on your stomach. Like I said, you’re probably fine and baby is probably fine, but I tend to be cautious so if it was me I would get checked out.

Go get checked, even if just for peace of mind xx
