I’ve been told it’s very normal and part of there development
Get a catchy it fits on to most high chairs then you just put the food back in front of them and it doesn’t get wasted on the floor (I have one it’s great)
I only put small amounts in front of my baby. I feel he does it more if there is a full plate in front of him
This has been going on for me for over a month 🙄 it's so infuriating. But I try not to give any attention to it and continue to just offer one piece at a time. Currently in a state of complete food refusal. It's so hard and I feel like the health visitor is going to say to drop a bottle to increase food 😂😂 which doesn't go in!
We never put a full plate of food down. I think she gets overwhelmed and it all ends up on the floor too. So we now do bite sizes x
I find it’s better if we only pop a few bits on the tray, if he keeps throwing we just give one little bit of food a time, that seems to help.
I’m in the same boat. It’s so frustrating but my mum tells me to not give it any attention. It’s just a phase and will pass quicker if you don’t react?! Hope it passes quickly for us both 🥺
