Mines 8 weeks and we’ve only had a few big grins and a handful of little smiles that we’ve really had to work for!
Ours is 8 weeks today and not had smiles yet. He only smiles in his sleep or with gas
my daughter is 8w today, was born at 38+3 and we still haven’t smiled x
My baby is 6 weeks and he sometimes does a happy expression but no consistent smiles yet
8 weeks and still no real smile, only just before he brings up his milk but it’s always about an hour or so after a feed 😂
My eldest daughter didn’t smile until a few weeks after. I wouldn’t worry too much.
We aren't sure if ours is smiling yet as most of the time when he smiles a poo comes not long after 🙈 7 weeks. I remember my first definitely wasn't smiling at 7 weeks as I remember having the conversation with the health visitor about it and he's a perfectly social 3 year old now.
Mine started smiling at 7 weeks, before that it was only in her sleep or right before a fart 😭🤣
We’ve just started getting smiles at 8 weeks & 5 days, and it’s only if I’m right in front of him so he can copy me, but we’re getting there. Our health visitor said that sometimes they just develop other skills first before smiling compared to other babies, not something to worry about at this point!,
Mines 7 weeks and I'm still not sure. Had a few that I think are real but could be gas!
