Hard time eating

My baby is the saaaame way! Cannot get her to eat or sleep! 😭😩 I’ve tried just about everything. Makes me feel like crap sometimes

@Cathy same🥲 and it’s making things hard because I need a break and I’m basically her only reliable food source so I’m trying to wean her but it’s nearly impossible and if I deny her the boob she throws a tantrum

@Naomi could be that she is teething, my daughter is the same age (birthday twins!) and she does that when shes not feeling good, doesn’t like the taste or texture of the food, and when she’s not hungry. it is also normal for babies to play with their food since they’re still learning how to eat. what helped my daughter actually eat was smaller portions on her plate, but tbf the dogs still probably eat more than her. i also started eating the same foods with her, so if she had eggs i also had some eggs. monkey see monkey do, we usually get one good meal and it gets worse thru the day. (also sorry for asking her age i did not realize what group this was in when replying cause i was just on my main feed😭😅)

My son is the same, his birthday is next Sunday. I try to be cool about but it's so frustrating like why can't he just eat the food.

They say they’re getting all their nutrition via breast milk or formula which is why they don’t have as much appetite for food. Once the weaning takes place, solid appetite goes up.
