Relocating to St Albans

Hey everyone. I’m looking to relocate to St Albans from London at the end of the year. I’m a single mum to be, baby is due in 4 weeks. I know it’s a while away but I’m planning on doing some trips there on my maternity leave in the next few months so was looking for some recommendations of places to live, have a look around and maybe meet up for a coffee/lunch if anyone fancies connecting 😊

Hey lovely, I’ve lived in St. Albans forever… my little one is due in June… happy to show you round and give you all the info on the best spots!! We have some fab parks, great restaurants/coffee shops and gorgeous areas! Depending on whether you want “town centre life” or more “family life” we have different areas of the city to live in! Xx

I know it feels some way off but I’d probably look for areas around good infant schools so you can settle. Cunningham hill is outstanding and the area is affordable, and close to Clarence park area which is lovely. Skyswood is also outstanding, in jersey farm, and that’s a really popular area for families, with the shops at the quadrant just round the corner, and a library with events for little ones (marshalswick library).
