BLW lunch ideas - baby has no teeth!

Pulling my hair out trying to think of ideas for what to give my baby lunch, that he can eat. I give him - cous cous, fritters (beans&cheese, vegetable) scrambled egg, toast (can’t really eat it though), pasta. Any ideas would be much appreciated 🤞🏼

My LB loves fish! Things like cod might be a good idea and then some potato croquette-type things? Babies can mash a lot with their gums so I’d still offer things you think might be too hard for them to eat as you never know! Jacket Potatoes, Banana Pancakes, Yoghurts & Fruit like watermelon? Sorry, I’m doing a combination of Puree and BLW (for certain things) so my ideas aren’t the best!

Don’t hold back just because they have no teeth! Mine didn’t get her first one until 9 month and still only has one (although 4 are coming through now) and we have given her crackers, bread, quiche, beans on toast etc. their gums are hard and can manage foods x

Mashed up fish, avacado, courgettes, any soft veg really, grated cheese, shredded chicken, let him have at it if you’re BLW. You don’t have to make a meal as such it could just be different foods on a plate x

Avocado sandwiches are a favourite and rice krispies
