Lorenzo or Enzo for short if you wanted to stick with a similar format? I find boys names impossible, but my all time favourite (that hub won’t let me use) is Joshua/Josh. Do they have to go with each other though? Other than writing their names on a card next to each other a few times a year they’re their own little people so I never really got the need to match 🤷🏻♀️
