Premom 100% make sure to log LH as well as BBT
@Gaby thank you I’ll try this. I keep testing right before bed and my results are so low maybe that’s why. I try test around lunch and before bed and maybe that’s why I’m getting the up and down results . Thank you
@Maddox I’ve never tracked it using my temperature. Do I do this at the same time each day like my lh levels?
Yeah, if you’re going to check temp that’s best done the second you wake up. Before you talk/drink or anything. Pop a thermometer under your tongue to do it. But if you’re doing the ovulation strips at the right/same time every day (def avoid evenings) you should resolve the issue quite quick xx
I really liked Premom. Try and test your ovulation strips at the same time each day. Ideally between 10am and 4pm because the LH hormone drops at night so if you’re testing at 11am one day you’ll get an accurate idea of your level but then if the next day you test at say 8pm your LH will naturally be dropping anyway as it does while you sleep. If you can get in a routine of doing it at lunch time every day you might find you get a more consistent result to compare.
