How are you fitting house work / cleaning in?

My boyfriend doesn't help much and I am finding it hard to fit it all in, I work 3 days a week, 2 of those days I'm on my own with our 19 month old and then we have the Weekend, I try and do things when she's napping but sometimes I just want a break too! If I want my boyfriend to help I have to nag and nag. He left our bathroom for weeks once (I thought I'd see how long it'd take for him to actually help so instead I focused on the downstairs area where guests etc come) but he clearly wasn't bothered :/ what's your cleaning routine?

I also do 3 days per week and my other half is crap at housework. I’ve left it before to see if he eventually does it, nag and nag and he’s still crap, but he is better at entertaining my 19 month old. It definitely is hard, but I’ve found doing little and often working for me. If I leave it all to bundle up I find it very overwhelming. The main things I try and do regularly is my washing, kitchen and bathroom. I keep one or two cleaning materials in my bathroom so I can wipe around and clean up as I go x

I left my partner, the house stays so much more clean now 😂 But the best tips I can give is to try focus on one thing a day like washing ect so then it doesn’t feel like you have a million things to do at once. I tend to try get a wash load in as soon as I get up so then I can hang it up before I go to work. I also try doing a lot once the baby has gone to bed so it doesn’t feel so overwhelming in the morning. Try doing maybe a job list for him to do? Although I feel like men are just hopeless either way and never see stuff needs doing or even understand why it needs doing 😂 xx

My boyfriend will do bits that he deems as ‘helpful’ but on random occasions that make no sense to me anyway, but the majority of the cleaning and tidying relies on me. But I struggle sometimes with the motivation to clean and tidy with me working 5 days a week so I’ve started to crunch everything into 25 minute tasks😂 so I set a timer and then see how much I can get done. My main hatred is the washing though 100%
