Add fats to everything! Avocado and cream were our favorites. They both mix well into lots of different foods.
@Melissa Thank you I really appreciate it 😊 can you share it with me what cream is better. Yeah dear no allergies
@Anna thank you dear 😊
Any cream honestly. whipping cream is full fat but you can also use half and half. I keep coffee cream around so I just use whatever I have.
@Melissa Thank you so much I will try it 🥰
Lol I give my toddler spoonfuls of nut butter every so often between meals, you could try that too. 😅
A baby health nurse I went to for my daughter said add butter to everything and offer her yoghurt twice a day
My very picky daughter struggled with her weight for a while until I added these to her regular diet (she’s almost 2 1/2 years old now): - Peanut butter toast + 1 tbsp butter - Scrambled eggs in butter + spinach - Italian chicken sausage link + avocado oil - Pork breakfast sausage links + avocado oil - Homemade chicken nuggets and potato fries cooked in avocado oil - Raisins and freeze dried yogurt as snacks
@Melissa yeah will get it too 😊
@Sars Hi dear, I am cooking everything with pure home made ghee and gives his full fat yoghurt twice a day. But didn't see any improvement. Thank you for the advice
@Tay Thank you dear will try them
Assuming no allergies, adding cream and whole fat milk is good for weight gain. Nut butters, avocado, buttered toasts, full fat yogurt, buttered noodles. My mom also used to add half and half cream to cereals. Cream cheese, waffles, pancakes, pan fried vegetables in oil (zucchini and mushrooms are a good one for this). Gourds and squash are nutrient dense and good nutrition. Cucumbers with ranch, potatoes with sour cream, bananas.
