Neighbours

That is really shitty of your neighbours, instead of complaining to the police about it they could have checked in on you and offer some kindness and support. What were they even hoping to achieve? I'm sorry that happened to you, I'm furious for you. I wouldn't worry about it at all, babies cry, they need to get over it x

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Is that the point we have gotten to now? God knows I would have given that neighbour a piece of my mind! 🤣 I can imagine u, all sleep deprived, tired and exhausted and all from having a colic baby. Is your neighbour even considering that you are the one who faces the crying all the time? And they are calling the police to do what? To see if you need a hand (which they should be checking on you themselves for)? Oh my God. The lack of empathy these days is so appalling! 🤦‍♀️ Like Carly, I'm more furious on your behalf!! I hope you are okay though. I'm sure this can make someone anxious and panic unnecessarily when baby starts crying. ☹️ Just know you are a great momma and your neighbours really need to do better!!

ahhh man theres always one neighbourhood Noris poking their nose! Sorry you have to deal with that but there is nothing you need to be worried about, you cant control colic and anyone who is a parent knows this and no amount of comfort you give can take colic away.

Honestly I can see both sides Did your neighbour do it maliciously or a genuine concern for your/babies welfare. I have previously reported a neighbour for similar as when I had concerns about her & it turned out she was in a DV relationship which I helped her get out of Sometimes things arent done maliciously but theyre with genuine intent of helping the person, have a conversation with your neighbour and explain baby is colicky. It could obviously be that theyre just being a cunt but it should help if they are genuinely just concerned x

So they can complain yes, they can call the police yes. Can they do anything about it absolutely not, even if they were to report it to landlord they can’t do anything because it’s a baby I know this because my upstairs neighbours tried complaining about my little boy and they were basically told to deal with it or move out 🤣

@Liyan they obviously don’t have children or have ever delt with colic people are so ignorant about it. Babies do and will cry even if all needs are perfectly met a baby will still cry and make noise it’s their nature. Your neighbours don’t sound like very nice people at all
