Hey angel I’m so sorry you’re feeling like this. Is there anyone who can come over and support for a day or two and give you some rest bite / time to sleep , or look after your little girl whilst you can spend some time trying to connect with baba? Have you spoken to the HV about this, maybe he has colic? Sorry if none of the above is helpful. If you need to vent message me, depending on where in London you are maybe we could get a coffee or something to get that baby in a pram and out your hair a bit!! Please reach out if not to me to your HV for some support xx

Please seek help from your health visitor and/or GP. I did it at 6 weeks PP - absolutely broke me. I don’t remember the first 6 weeks of his life either. You’re doing a great job 🩵🩷
Dear muma , I feel you so well...I have little boy same age and he quite good but my toddler who is 2 years old giving me a hard time. She is super active and cry so often without any reasons just for attention...and I am so so tired and drained mentally and physically....yesterday all my body was in pain and I was shivering, I did not have any strength even to take my newborn...this is really scary , when you don't have a village or any support...people say talk to GP or HV....Once I talked to my HV and said that I need a practical help, someone who could cook or clean my place , because evetyrhing is just on me and sometimes I don't know how long I can last like this
