It’s safe to take paracetemol as required throughout the whole of pregnancy. Just use it as you normally would (4-6 hours between doses). The tablets to absolutely avoid are anti-inflammatories eg ibuprofen. I had to take paracetemol regularly for several days as I had Covid at 20 weeks and was absolutely fine x

Yup! I took it as needed throughout 1st and 2nd trimester. You can’t take ibuprofen though.

I took paracetamol as I had quite bad cramps , just advised to steer clear of ibuprofen :)

@Natalie yes, just when needed. You can take paracetamol the same as you did before pregnant. Paracetamol is the only pain relief you can take though.
