Partner incompetence

Anyone else feel like their partner is being particularly bad at tasks surrounding the baby so that you will go and do it yourself? Driving me a bit insane, simple task like changing the baby before bed and he will hand her back to me in a nappy, so I have to go clothe her etc. ‘You didn’t say to put clothes back on her though’ 🙄

My partner gets up with our LG in the morning but when I ask "have you changed her" he rarely has 🥲🔪 we are going through BAD teething as well, so the nappy rash is BAAD which drives me even more in sane

wtf - is he a child? I don’t even ask my partner to do anything really, he just does it? He’s an equal parent so knows just as much as I do about babies routine and what to do etc!

no i HATE it when my partner does this! it’s like he waits for me to give him guidance sometimes i don’t understand it! he’ll go through phases where he’s great and hands on and then other times i find myself doing it all and i have to ask him to everything and even then he’ll be like ‘where’s her socks?’ or ‘do i need to do this’ etc, like pls ! she’s ur child too and i can’t do it all!😭😓 constantly feels like it’s all my responsibility and if i want him help and support i have to ask and it’s tiring.
