To those who are single parents, how much free time in the week do you get?

i just class the time between her going to bed and me going to bed as my ‘free time’, other than that just the 30 min drive to/from work 🤣
I go to bed around 20 minutes after him then get up at around 4.30am before he wakes up and usually do chores or study atm (he wakes up anything between 5.30-7.30 depending on how the night was). That’s my free time.
MAYBE an hour in the morning, and hour in the evening, depending if I get up early and stay up late
When she’s in bed 😂 I’m pregnant again now but would get some time between finishing work and getting her from nursery to go to the gym. I’d finish work at 3 and get her from nursery at 5
