Food on holiday 🍉

We are going away to Cyprus for 11 days and my little girl will be coming up to 8 months when we go, I don’t know what to do about food. Do I pack enough pouches for the whole time? I know sounds silly but will there be stores where I can buy her food? I don’t know. Any recommendations

Yes

If she doesn’t eat anything but pouches at home take enough to be safe. But if you offer her foods you eat then no need to as you will find enough in shops and be eating out enough or cooking enough for her to get all she needs x

Agree with the above comments! Take what will cover her meals but I would highly recommend taking advantage of being in a new environment and encourage her to eat what’s available/what you’re eating. They’ll come back a new child 🥲

Yes, they have massive European supermarkets in Cyprus so you can buy loads of pouches et cetera from there. We always just go to the supermarket when we arrive somewhere and buy food. Also going on holiday at this age is a great opportunity for them to try new foods and new textures so we would alwaysgive us whatever we were eating in a restaurant too.

If you have a boots at the airport your travelling from, you can pre order what you need - milk, pouches, snacks etc and collect from the airport to save packing it all
