I’ve heard tale that this helped other women with PCOS conceive. Has anyone ever tried this? Does it actually work? Is it safe? If it did work, how many cycles did it take for you to get pregnant? I’m grasping at straws at this point and willing to try just about anything.

Mucinex can help with sperm reaching the egg so only really beneficial for sperms has motility issues as it thins the mucus making it easy to travel to the egg for fertilization. Pocs is more egg quality and releasing egg etc.
