Bedrooms

To those of us living in a 3 bed house and both parents need access to a computer for work and leisure what are your plans for when your newborn needs to move out of your room? We have a 3 bed at the moment the setup is biggest room is our room, second biggest is office and clothes, third small room is toddler room. When we have our second I can't figure out what to do and if we do use both smaller rooms as bedrooms...where does our stuff go and the computer! We have kitchen/diner downstairs and a living room. There is not a lot of space in any of our rooms

Are the two kids same sex and could share a room? Or even different sex and can share for a couple of years?

We are gonna have e the two younger ones share a room since they are so close in age. And if they are opposite sex well by time they are at the age to need different rooms the older SK will be 18 and so we'll just switch the one to that room since we don't have them that much anyways.

We have the same situation. Master bed is ours, second largest bedroom is our daughter’s (almost two years old) then the smallest room is our office. As I work from home two days per week (obviously when not on mat leave), we’ve got to keep the office so our son will be going into our daughter’s room when he moves out of ours and they’ll share for a while. There’s only a 22 month age gap so that will hopefully work for us for a while until we move (which won’t be for a few years!).
