Friday poker, selfish to ask him to stay home?
My partner goes to play poker almost every Friday night. Apart from this he comes home after work. I’d like to have a Friday night with him. If you asked your SO to stay home from poker, would you be considered selfish since it’s only 1 night a week or is it a valid ask to miss one Friday?

@Chanie no, never asks if I’d like a break outside of the home either. I don’t really ask either 😔I’m a SAHM. Son is almost 4.
I asked him to stay home and he said it’s only one night a week- I asked him to stay home last week too. 😔 another Friday night alone!
it’s not selfish of you to want to spend time with him. especially if you don’t get time to yourself out of the house!
